Returns and Refund
We know it can be frustrating when the purchase is not quite right. We offer a "no hassle" guarantee to our customers. If your product is damaged or if you receive a wrong product, we would be happy to provide you the following options:
A) you may exchange the product for an alternative of your choice of equal value.
B) Opt for a refund for the price you paid for the product.
All products sold at bordersnthreads.com are covered under our 7 Day Refund/Replacement policy. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, health and personal care items, paper jewellery, paper bags, paper lamps, soft toys, fabric lengths less than one meter.
If the item being returned is damaged, please send us a picture of the same via email to: support@bordersandthreads.com. We will do our best to process refund within 7 working days. You can also reply to any of the emails received by you from bordersnthreads.com. We will be happy to register your request.
If return location of the shipment is India, we will arrange a return pickup from your location by our logistic partner. If, in any circumstances, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the shipment by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges in the form of a gift card, which can be used in any of your next purchases on bordersandthreads.com.
If return location of the shipment is outside India, bordersnthreads.com will not bear the return shipping charges. We can offer refund/replacements once products are received back into our warehouse. We strongly recommend that you choose carefully before making an international order.
